對上一次在Xanga寫部落格將近是半年前，這段長時期就證明了我是的的確確一個不怎麽喜歡寫網誌的人。 我實在不曉得還有那位“有心人”會來“探訪”這個猶如一攤死水的部落格，反正時下的網路一派都是一看到blog就會點進去八卦一下，我可不愁我的爛blog沒人看呢.

前幾天偶然看到去年一集港台節目“香港故事”， 那一集講述粵語在香港發展和成爲主流語言的經過以及近代新聞從業員和普羅大衆寫作風格的演變過程。節目就提過專家翻開每份本地報紙，經過一個月的抽樣調查，幾乎每一份報紙都是以帶有很濃厚的香港本地色彩的-三及第文化而成文的。 雖然我不是第一次接觸 三及第這名稱，但是我覺得還得跟大家略為闡述一下。 基本上三及第寫作風格源自四五十年代的香港作家和粵曲家， 泛夾雜著白話文（書面語），廣東話和文言文的文章，歌詞，小品都被稱之爲三及第文體。 一些比較經典的粵曲就是以三及第文體而成為五十年代風行多時的主流音樂，這類粵曲被稱爲”粵謳唱詞“。 如果大家對現代K 歌琅琅上口的話就不難發覺近三十年來的粵語流行曲都已經不采用三及第，當中緣故是爲何，且留待大家思考思考。這幾年身在海外的我書寫或者打blog時卻一直習慣用書面語而非口語，原因可能是想更多非粵語人士能看得懂和本人中學時一直以書面語為寫作的基礎。 反觀香港的同學，尤其是非語言或傳媒系的，他們的文章大多中英參半並且夾雜廣東話或其他縮寫，譬如BRB, TGIF等時下MSN用語。懂粵語的讀者當然是讀得津津有味，但是其它地區人士就會像和尚摸不着頭腦般。顯然香港新一代已經習慣和嚮往這種書寫風格，要他們一下子把所有口語化的句子改過來可真令很多人頭疼。 正如金融股票專欄作家曹仁超最近在接受一次訪問就說到要讀英文系的他用正統中文來寫作真的要了他的命，他的編輯協助他整理編排幾次文章之後就決定直接把曹的‘三及第’文章刊登面世。時至如今，曹仁超因他那極具特色的文章成為一個家喻戶曉的人物，而他每天花六個小時撰寫的專欄已近乎是每個商業人士每天必看的讀物之一。

Ever since the first season of Heroes: Gemesis was on air in 2006, NBC has released the official Heroes webcomic called the Heroes Graphic Novel on a weekly basis. The Story not only serves as supplement to the main show on air, it also provides extra background  information and introduces a lot of Heroes that are never shown on the tv show. Wildstorm had actually released the complied version of Volume One and Volume Two so far and the hardcopy covers are actually on sale in bookstores such as Kinokuniya in Taka (Singapore). Every tuesday NBC releases a new chapter which consists of about 6-9 pages online, as of today (23-11-08), a total of 112 chapters have been released. Each chapter features one or two characters which allows readers to understand each of them in depth.

The past week has been a rather taxing and busy week for me to rush to finish our projects due next friday. Amidst all the project discussions, I still manage to take a few minutes off to complete the birthday card for my best friend. I am actually afraid due to the short period near to your birthday, my card will only reach after your birthday has passed. Fortunately, you have relieved me by telling me that the card manages to reach on the DAY itself!
During the week my excitement goes through an emotional roller coaster with you as you unveil the number of mysterious postcards you receive each day. I am as curious as you in knowing and finding out the person behind this mysterious mist and I actually speculate her as the organiser and I am right! This case is not like a typical Kindaichi case where the subject has to be picked redhanded, but rather it is about how she manages to do it. Enlightened by you on the phone last night, I am amazed at how much effort she dedicates to you! All in all, I hope you have enjoyed this wonderful and amazing birthday and I promise your birthday will only be more interesting as the year comes! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
